I recently bought the wired doorbell and 2k floodlight. About two days ago, I connected the wired doorbell easily. It worked fine. Then last night installed the floodlight, and it really has some problems. I can easily connected to the Floodlight, but it won’t let me livestream. I’ve used an extender, a new router, etc. The connection is pretty solid. Now, the wired doorbell seems jittery. But that’s new and just started. I cannot reliably stream and it goes offline.
I am not sure what to do here. These seem to be useless to me at this point. Do I just return them? Or are such things common and workable?
