I had issues for a week I got nothing then I contacted support and told them about it and yesterday it was resolved Now I am receiving points and the gift cards are now showing again. They said something about updating the point system or something and that caused some problems. at least for me in USA it was working fine this am I’ll check now to see if it is still there
