Red light on front doesn’t change in bleu

I installed my eufy Home Base and two outdoor cameras a few weeks ago. Since then, the system has frozen completely twice for several hours. I don’t know why it froze or why it started working again. This is an extremely annoying phenomenon.

Can’t access my doorbell camera. Two messages; unable to play or unable to connect
Have checked all my settings
Battery fine
Doorbell rings fine
Have deleted the app and reinstalled
Any advice?

Hi, now it’s the winter and the suns low and bright, my door bell cam doesn’t pick up some of the motion detection , ie , people coming and going, I can see them if I watch it live but it won’t record people coming to my door, or leaving, anything I can do or adjust? The door faces the bright sun so not sure if that’s affected it? Any help please?

My home base keeps going of and blue light flashes and doorbell stops working then I have to start all over setting everything up again
