Eufy am 2c pro is offline. How do I get it back
I have recently recharged & reactivated my cameras. I used to be able to set them to home or away now they go off every time someone walks into the garden

Not happy with my cameras
Audible alarm is switched off but still going off randomly

Not even sure if this forum etc is still active or supported but I have the doorbell with video and motion detection etc. The mic doesn’t seem to be working. Is there a way to actually check other than just tapping the mic itself ?? Sound is coming out the speaker if I talk thru the app but if someone tried speaking back there’s no sounds. It looks like everything that’s needed to be on is on so looks faulty.
How do you switch off eufy door sensor alarm in the app, cat keeps going in and out so the alarm goes off every time.
