1080p doorbell - issue with visibility of footage

Hi

I have a newly installed 1080p battery doorbell.
It worked fine once set up but after about 2 weeks I’m unable to view any previous footage or see live footage.
When you ring the beep I get the notification but it won’t connect to allow visibility of footage.
Nothing has change it just stopped working.
Checked WiFi connection to doorbell and plug in unit and all connected with no issues.
Any ideas??

Hi, This is just a shot. Try unplugging the chime wait a few seconds and plug it back in. It will auto reconnect back to your router’s Wi-Fi.

Thanks will give that a go.
I have previously checked connections to doorbell and chime and all working but no harm in turning on and off.
