AnkerSupportI would like to download all the video clips from the app to my phone. On the Event tab of the app and for each day, I’d like a button like “Download all clips” for that day. Now how hard can that be?? SERIOUSLY, Five years old this questions lingers and still no modernization? WHY?
Right now, the clips are stored on the SDcard of the camera and I have to open each single clip to download it, tap the download button and then tap confirm to actually download it. I’d like to be able to download everything in a few steps. This IS very time consuming. We are monitoring animal seasonal behaviors and individual downloads for one 24 hour period is literally wasting over an hour and just needlessly adds frustration.
This is our first camera and before we invest in more we are learning as much as possible about this eco-system. So far not very impressed.
I can select ALL of them for deletion, but not for download? (Cannot be that difficult for a Developer)
That’s just silly.
Anyone from tech support, step up???
I’m not looking for a solution in the future.
This topic is already five years old and still lingers.
But is does help my learning curve. This is one more question to dig into for other brands.
This means If I find a brand with this feature then will consider buying one and testing it as well before committing to more cameras.
