I install 4 cameras last week and they all seem to work fine except for one. The picture keeps breakup as if there is some sort interference. I move that camera away to the other side of the house and it still does the same. I removed it from the home hub and then added it again… it still does it??
Any one know what I can do to fix this?

- A screenshot or pdf of the invoice from your Amazon purchase from AnkerDirect (or a picture of the receipt if you bought it from a store)
- Your current shipping address
- The serial number (SN) located on the camera device
- A short video depicting the problem (behavior, beeps, and indicator when it stops working) .

This happens occasionally with my cams. I have 5 and rarely they glitch and freeze for a few seconds and then go back to live view. Not sure why this happens.

I’ve done all the above, anker support has said to go back to the retail store I bought it from. I did that and the retail store is now saying to go back to the manufacture??? Little annoyed and confused, I love the product however just want to product to work as it should.
Please advise what I should do now?
