2nd person as admin can't view cameras when not on WiFi

My partner can’t view the cameras or turn them on or off when away from the house. She has an iPhone and can’t view them at all. I can with my Samsung. She has admin status and we’ve reset twice now still nothing. Anyone know how to fix this?

What happens if she uses your Android phone or another Android device and signs in with her own credentials. If that works, then its something iPhone or network carrier related. It should help troubleshoot the issue. Can she sign on with her account to the Eufy web portal and see your devices?
