Hello from Indonesia, Southeast Asia, So I just bought a eufy S330 and plan to use it at a construction site using the 4G simcard. It came with the EIOTCLUB Prepaid Simcard that only works in US, UK, DE, AU. So I tried the local provider simcard from my phone and put it in the camera but it doesnt work. Does the simcard need to be specific (such as IOT simcard)?

I think the camera’s are only supported in certain countries. It is likely the Sim has to be from a provider from the supported countries. Other than the Sim they should work anywhere
You can find another micro SD on ebay for about $10… I think that’s your orobkem… your phones Sim card has probably already been formatted for the phone…
And the cameras don’t have a format ootion… try another card and let us kniw what happens…
