I’m using a Eufys350 camera. I have had a problem for some time, first I say that I use it in Iran. My problem is that I use the Iranian SIM card “MCI” with internet. When I use the SIM card internet, I can not connect to the camera at all and I must use Wi-Fi. The interesting thing is that when I install the camera on another phone and hotspot my SIM card and it becomes Wi-Fi, I can connect to the camera without any problems and it works easily.
