A family member shared their youthy system with me, it added their cameras and everything to my account and now I get notifications for any time they are outside their door. Is there any way to turn off just their notifications that get sent to me?

You can turn off the app notifications.

Sorry I guess I didn’t say it but I have an account for my cameras and want to keep receiving notifications for my cameras. I just want to turn theirs off

I think you might be able to do it through the Smart tab, Modes.
Home and Away and etc. settings.
Select the shared camera and tap on the cog wheel for home and or away to uncheck notifications for that camera.

Thanks, I found that area but it certainly seems like I would be altering how their system acts for them and not just myself.

Well, I don’t have any shared cameras to try it.
Okay, what if you go into that individual cameras settings, and then into its notifications and then select app alert tone and select silent..

I can try that but I think it’s changing the settings globally and not just for me I can’t check it until this weekend. I don’t want to screw up their notifications
