How the heck do I turn off the advanced encryption?!? I’m not sure how/when it got set up but my husband now cannot view the videos without a passcode and I have no idea what the passcode is, how to turn it off or how to change it. HELP!
I don’t know if you can turn it off without the passcode??
Here’s the path to it.
Open the sidebar of the app and then tap on Settings and then tap on Security.
You will see Video Encryption tap on it and Advanced Encryption.

Ugh! That video encryption pop up is SOOOO super frustrating! I had the exact same thing happen on my setup out of nowhere, and it drove me & my husband both crazy until we figured out what was going on!
Basically, once encryption gets turned on during setup, eufy locks it down behind that security key, so there is not actually a quick toggle button in the menu to just switch it off.
The EASIEST FIX (as far as I’m concerned) to get rid of that passcode prompt for your husband is to just refresh that specific camera in your app!
Just go into the camera settings for that unit, scroll all the way down, and tap Remove Device. Then tap the plus sign in your app to add it right back. When those setup screens pop up this time, just make sure to SKIP or uncheck the Video Encryption option!!! 
Once it is added back without encryption, your husband will be able to watch all the video feeds without that annoying passcode popping up every single time! Lol

Or if you stop cheating on your husband then you can remove the encryption. Im
not so sure it’s easy to just setup and forget the password to unlock it. Somebody would have had to have set it up and followed the prompt including the warnings you get whilst doing it. If you have forgotten the password then you will need to set the cameras up again from fresh.
