Unlink all devices, power cycle for 30 minutes before relinking, ensuring all devices are connected & operating on 2.4 GHz WiFi frequency. Check via router portal using your laptop connected to router via ethernet to confirm devices are connected & recognised. Ensure all devices are updated to the latest firmware. Manually assign network IP to each device instead of automatically. This ensures the devices keeps the said network IP instead of rotating between devices that connect/disconnect from your network. Ensure randomised MAC address is off for these devices, you want them to have the same identifier to ensure network and system recognition.
