Hi all I have a E340 wired everything seems to work but the issue is I can hear and see people though alexa but I can’t talk to to them I have reset everything I have homebase 3 aswell ALTHOUGH EVERYTHING WORKS ON MY ANDRIOD PHONE ?

Were you able to resolve this? I can see that on Alexa Echo Show on Eufy app I have Microphone which I can turn on and off but on Eufy E340 Doorbell I can’t hear anything. I can hear the sound coming from the Doorbell into Alexa, but nothing goes from my Alexa to Doorbell
They gave me my money back no fix offered
