I bought eufy Security Video Doorbell E340 and its working fine but the people cant hear my voice but i can hear them. what should i do?

You have to hold the speaker Icon while talking
Hold the button while you talk! Give it a second or two! You need to hold the button though!
Shout 
Check your speaker settings, make sure speaker and mic are enabled, turn up volume. Make sure that the microphone on your device isn’t disabled.
