Recently bought

Recently bought a Eufycam S3 Pro 2 camera kit and a S330 video doorbell. Everything working fine, except when I try and speak to someone at the doorbell. Audio at the app end is fine but the doorbell audio is completely unintelligible. Choppy sound.

Any ideas on why this is? The doorbell is only about 5 feet away from the S380, so I don’t think it’s a WiFi issue.

Does anyone else have issues with the sound coming from their doorbell or do I have a faulty unit?

This might seem obvious, but did you remove all plastics covering things like on the lens?

That’s actually a really good shout. I peeled off the plastic that protects the front of the doorbell and lens, I’ll have a check to see if there is any more on it.

Just checked and all the film was removed.

I have the same issue but with the doorbell E340.Nobody can hear a single thing …Impossible to communicate . Solutions anyone?

Seem to be going back and forward with Eufy support and getting nowhere with this. I either have a faulty doorbell or this is the norm. Can anyone else confirm that the doorbell can actually play sound that’s legible when you speak to someone at the door.
