I have two Eufy cameras and a Eufy doorbell. Using the Eufy app on my phone, I can see live view on all three so clearly all three are working and connected to Wi-Fi. However if I use the Amazon Alexa app on my phone, I can see live view from two of them but for the third one there is no live view and Alexa states ‘Live View isn’t available right now. Camera is in Privacy mode’. I haven’t set it to privacy mode and can’t find how to turn it off. I actually have no idea what it is on about. Can anyone help please?
Your eufy camera itself may not support Alexa. That is all I can think of. Or maybe Alexa has a limit .
But, as @big2287 had said your camera may not work with Alexa.
Check the specs/description of the camera you have to verify.

Hmmm.. the only thing I think of is perhaps it’s engaged in the Alexa app?
- Alexa App: Go to Devices > Cameras > Select your device > Settings > Camera to toggle it off.
If it was turned on within the eufy App then you wouldn’t be able to see it in Live View on the eufy app
