All cameras OFFLINE

I have a Homebase 2 with 3eufycan 2C and one 2C pro. As off two hours ago all my cameras appear offline in my app UI. They appear as Paired Devices, but I can’t use them to watch or they are not giving me sounds when someone walks in front of them.

See if restarting the HomeBase helps.

  1. Open the app and go to HomeBase Settings > select Restart Device.

If that doesn’t work, then… Try a restart this way.
2. With the Ethernet cable connected to the HomeBase, simply unplug the power adapter from the HomeBase and wait 5 minutes then plug the power adapter into the HomeBase again.
If still no good…
3. Try restarting / reboot your Wi-Fi router.

ReMove plug to Power off, wait, then plug it back into the homebase2 is the most successful. I think the problem comes from these new gigabit routers that automatically rebalance the wifi coverage from time to time. As well there is a coincidental relationship to a new release of eufy security. My Homebase 2 can be fine for weeks. Then every night for a couple or on Sunday afternoon it stops providing services. Happens with my Homebase 3 too.

I am having the same exact problem with the sound issue with mine.

Yes could be related to the Eufy updates, I have this on my hub 3. Works fine and then an update or my ISP and it takes days to sort out until things settle down. I go through a loop of restarting my hub and router.

All camera’s offline for me as well, decided to remove them from the app, factory reset, and attempt to reconnect but Homebase fails to connect each time.

The only camera that is functioning with my HB3 is the E330 wired camera, but my 3C, 2C Pro, and S330 video doorbell are all not functioning and cannot pair with the HB3.

Done it all, router resets, HB restarts both in app and disconnecting and reconnecting power/ethernet.

Been a user of Eufy devices for 3 years and seeing everything just break is so disappointing

It happened to me too also as well just not too long ago actually, maybe about a month or so ago every single camera that I had in the app, they were all fully charged and had just put them up to start catching footage when I went to go n look at th footage to see who was at the front door ( the front door camera is a wireless/battery operated doorbell camera) and it says it was offline so I decided to check the footage of all of my other cameras (which my other cameras are a EufyCam 2c at the back door watching the back door as well as the parking lot where my car is parked which is in the alley, and then we also have another EufyCam 2c that we have on the rooftop in the front side of the house to get so much more area and footage then the doorbell has given us) and it said both of those were also as well as offline. This was happening for a good couple of weeks to id say probably even more closer to over a month that this was going on. It would rarely say my cameras were online so when it was those rare times that they did show up as online and I wasn’t at my house, it wouldn’t even let me view the clips/videos that were showing up under events. It also was still saying online and i couldn’t or wouldn’t even be able to view my live coverage on any of cameras either despite them being online. So when I got home I decided to check on them again each time this was happening while I was away and it would open the live view but go in and out of online. And I could see the thumbnails of videos but it just wouldnt do anything when I would click on them and so as far as your question goes, my only answer to fixing it is deleting your storage and maybe possibly format your sd card if there is one in the camera. And then you could also go into your app and then delete it and then go into your phones storage and clear your memory and cache in the phone because I’m not sure if that is what worked for me or not with the app to start working again but it seemed to happen literally not too long afterwards. So if you haven’t figured it out then those are prolly the best answers I can/could come up with for you to try and help you. Or u could just sit and wait it out and just see if it fixes it self or something cuz I’m sure it was probably just a bug on the app that were most def affecting the camera life footage and stuff and what not ! Anymore questions don’t hesitate to ask!

They pushed an update to homebase3 in last 24 hrs. Playback of video captures is eradic stop ,and start. Tried a few things but problem remains. Fixed it by switching to standard from performance beta.
