Android phone but no notifications

Hi there,

I recently installed a battery video door bell but I get no notifications on my android phone but my partner gets it on his apple phone. Does it not work with android?

Hello,
It does work with Android. Make sure your phones setting permissions/notifications are set correctly for the Eufy app.
Open the eufy Security app. Tap on the three bars at top left corner, Tap Settings then tap APP Permissions… a new window will open up: App info EufySecurity. Tap Notifications and be sure that show notifications is switched on.

Thanks John. I had those settings done and checked again against your instructions and still no luck :pleading_face: Thanks for your help. I’m not really happy with how it’s working too.

Same issues encountered. Tech support does not exist. Do not buy Eufy.

Same here, notification used to work, then suddenly stopped, i think after recent software update.

P.S. Just found a, workaround for this As above go settings- app pernissions. Then notifications - notification type - eufy doorbell / eufy motion. Then select a notification sound.
