Any advice on what to do if the reset button doesn’t work? There is no beep the indicator light turn red and then off. Tried to train the battery and recharge but didn’t work. Holding the reset button for 10 sec or 1 minute- same result: no beep just the led turning red.
See if quick pressing the sync button like 15 times does anything?
Try remove device/s uninstall app then reinstall app and add device again.
Did not work
I did remove it from the homebase, but I can’t add it, the camera does not enter sync mode (usually it’s beeping…but it does not make any sound). Not sure what uninstalling the app would do at this point, I’m worried that I will loose some settings that are saved in the app.
Is it still under warranty?
If it’s not… then I would take it apart and then disconnect the battery connection to it, wait a few seconds and reconnect it.
It may just come back to life…

I’ve tried to take it apart and disconnect the power, but no luck, after assembling the same issues.
