Anyone else fin

Anyone else finding that AI is classifying every child with dark hair as a pet? I noticed this because my great niece was over yesterday and the events say pet, but it’s just an 8 year old with dark hair. I started going back through events looking for pet and find the same thing going back as far as March (when I upgraded to homebase3) it’s only little kids with black hair, and well my niece, the door bell cam caught her hand with her phone it as she was shutting the door, and labeled her hand as a pet. One other instance, leaving for work yesterday it shows what I can only assume is me because of my work vest and the timing, but I apparently have black hair (I’m blonde) at least on the back of my head, and I was labeled as a pet too!

Happened a few times

The AI they make a big deal about is flawed it calls me a pet sometimes but detects a local cat as human and all they told me was to move the cameras away from anywhere the cat goes because the AI can’t tell the difference as the cat and a human are the same size (that was the official reply from eufy support after 10-15 emails

I will say there other than it randomly turning my hair black… All other incidents involve Hispanic kids, it’s not mislabeling anyone else. Neighbor kids, my niece and her daughter are all Hispanic.

Update, a new “pet discovered” the very pregnant Hispanic lady next door is now being labeled as a pet. I don’t believe their response that ai can’t tell the difference from a person and a pet, these cats that suddenly appeared are on the ground, the pregnant woman is at least 5’ tall. And 4 cameras are doing this, both solo cams, one of the doorbell cams and a pan and tilt.

Eveytime my neighbor walks out on her porch it says she is a pet.
