do you have a recordint limit set? check ur settings
No its set to record max lengths. I have a mesh network and the s380 home base is maybe 12 feet away from the doorbell camera.
Any new software updates available? Tried restarting homebase and networks etc? I have mesh as well, perhaps might just be a connection glitch.
That was like a 52nd gap of video loss.
Maybe a Wi-Fi connection problem? Though you say the HB3 is only 12 ft away from the doorbell cam.
Has it occurred before or was this a one-time glitch?
Hopefully it is a one off. Very very occasionally I have had this, probably once a year across 10 cameras. Monitor it and see if it happens again and how frequently
Its happen3d to multiple cameras
No not on my end
Happens all the time on pretty much all of my cameras. Cars that start backing into a spot then suddenly skipped to parked. Just had a woman walking towards my apartment that up and disappeared around the time a car drove by (another camera caught her getting in the car). I just call this stuff my ghost clips now.
It’s started happening to me recently across multiple cameras
Oh this isn’t great ….. hopefully you can get it resolved ……
Eufy needs to resolve this bs
i would check your settings
I also have video cutting out on my Eufy camera on Homebase2 system.
i have noticed that it records sometimes but not always since a while now. Help- h
what do I do?
Now I’m gonna have to look…
It could be your band width of your network (router and mesh access points ) especially if you’re recording at 4K resolution settings of videos. Set your streaming video to auto as well to reduce congestion. I hear WiFi 6 or 7 works best with these cameras at max settings with 1 plus gigabytes from service provider
Have you enters trouble ticket to eufy through your app? They provide line item corrective solutions to try
Check for interference. If not you might need to review your settings.
Yes, had this multiple times and also detecting motion too late, nothing wrong with my settings or privacy areas either.
