It could be that the auto night vision is still engaged, and hasn’t switched back during the day for color.
See if shining a flashlight at the camera lens switches off the night vision.
So odd
Try turning off the night vision and see if that will be sufficient during the day and night with the light that is already existing within the scene.
This happened to me on my s4 cam I love eufy I never had this happened while using their cameras till now.. it was pink for few seconds then I heard a switch went back to normal
Happen to mine when the night vision got stuck on reset the camera and then it was all good
try turn night vision on and off a few times
That’s so weird, hard reset maybe?

Mine does this too, also a green screen at times and just a weird thing where they appear to scramble the porch roof. Welcome to eufy lol.
I had this happen with my E330 pro before not sure if you’re model has the “restart camera “ option but that always works for me if not as others said try toggling off and on night vision. The other night one of my E330 didn’t switch to night vision and everything was still in color even with color night vision off but there is enough Christmas lights out there it had plenty of ambient light but things close to the camera I couldn’t see so a restart fixed it hopefully it was a fluke because this camera I just got and it’s a refurbished that I got for a backup since Eufy discontinued the E330. I set it up and took the original down wanted to make sure it worked.
Reset it.

As above. Welcome to Eufy. Toggle the night vision on and off a few times. Make sure you exit the app each time before toggling the night vision on and off again.
If that fails after 5 or 6 attempts then try rebooting the camera.
Again, if that fails try a hard reset.
Finally, email Eufy
If it is still in warranty report it to Eufy. Sometimes cameras have a hardware fault, that causes the nigh time infrared filter to not switch off, which Eufy will replace
I have no clue. Id guess the camera is gay and sees the world through pink eyes ![]()

Is there an odd fluorescent light source? That can do it.
