Anyone else still having issues with super slow alert times? I had the wired 1080p doorbell/camera without the hub and would get alerts (either from the doorbell or motion) within seconds, it was great. I looked into the newer 2K models with a hub a few years ago and saw some complaints about the response being slow. I figured since it’d been awhile that problem was probably fixed. Apparently not… I set up the hub and 2K doorbell a few months ago and get alerts 5-20mins after. Obviously it’s a pretty frustrating issue since the whole purpose is safety and response.
I tried reseting and making sure the app was up to date but no change. I also tested with my phone on data and the same wifi.
I’m on android btw.
Anyone else having this issue?
