Anyone find the app really lagging? When I click on the events it will only load a few and have errors loading the others, so I have to shut down and reload the app a few times before all my events come up. Anyone know how to solve this? It doesn’t matter whether I’m connected to the WiFi or using mobile data, It’ll still be the same.

Mine has been working fine but when I do have issues I find clearing the app cache works wonders

When this happens to me, and it happens a lot, I put a finger at the top of the list in the middle of the page and pull down. This usually repeats the scan for events and the listing will complete. I guess it reloads the page and takes less time than reloading the app.
Im missing about 10 hours of recording yesterday.
Is there a way to move this up one level? It does not seem to be pertinent to this thread.
I am noticing it quite often these days no matter how many times I refresh it. I have 900Mb broadband, Great WiFi and a Homebase 3 with lots of storage. Everything is updated but it has become increasingly laggy
How many cameras do you have on HB3? I had 14 on 1 HB and things were getting really bad so I decided to get a 2nd one when they went on sale for $99. and split things up across the two and everything has been working perfectly since

Same! I can only put it down to the app, I’ve refreshed, cleared cache, data, uninstalled and redownloaded it but still getting same problem.
Just have the doorbell and one camera that run off the 2g, my phone and gaming run off the 5g. I’m on fibre broadband with download speeds of up to 516mbps, Internet speed tests show my connection as great too so I dont think it’s an Internet issue. Everything is up to date too, it’s puzzling.
Stability is moving wrong way in last two releases. Hopefully they get on track again soon.
Interesting. I’m adding more devices to one HB2 so I can implement more automation. Maybe I would be better spreading things out and forgoing more automation. I have 3 HB2 and 7 outdoor & 5 indoor cameras. Most on one HB2 is 5. The increase happened in the past 3 months. May yr right and less per HB is better…
