Anyone else have trouble with trying to use the app on the mobile…….. I have full 5g signal but the app struggles to refresh for a couple of minutes(very frustrating) when trying to see who’s set my cameras off. It takes agaes to view!!!

I think its a known problem as this is happening to me as well since the new app was released also with the update as well. It made no difference.

Yes, ever since the redesigned the app it’s been super slow, not loading when it alerts me that there’s movement at my cams. Really frustrating. I even had someone walking on the side of my house and it just cut off halfway and said that it couldn’t play the rest of the video. Gee when I actually needed it, awesome. They need to do something because these cameras were really great when I first got them. And I’m using my Wi-Fi that has super fast Internet speed. So it’s definitely an app issue.

Post all issues to social media Facebook Etc maybe somebody will get fed up with seeing all the media attention on this issue with their messed up apps

It’s ridiculous seriously considering getting a refund for all my cameras. There not exactly cheap and they are not working the way they advertise so I feel we’ll within my right!!!

It’s very strange. I’ll get my notifications come through on my phone saying it is picked up movement fine pull down to refresh the time and day refreshes automatically it just will not pull the video footage through an update on my mobile. It’s really ticking me off.
