Did anyone get the new app download automatically? I did now my I can’t click on notifications 
. Any ideas on how to fix this. I was able to download the old yesterday and today the broken new was bad

Have you tried clearing the apps cache maybe need to do data also but you’ll need to log back in

I have a similar problem. Old app worked perfectly with all 3 cameras. New app works fine if on WiFi network at home but on mobile network with very good signal times out before showing any video feed. Occasionally it will eventually make the connection but it never shows recording list, just says unable to retrieve. Really bad downgrade with the new app
