Anyone else having a issue with the notifications it usually would go to the clip if you pressed the notification but lately it just opens the app instead
I’m not seeing that.
I’m on iOS 18.2, iPad OS 18.2 and Android 14 (phone) and 15 (tablet). I’m running the newest version of the Eufy Security app on everything.
What device and mobile OS version are you using and what version of the Eufy Security app are you running?
I would make sure the app is updated to the newest version.
If it is, reboot the device and try again. If that still doesn’t work, uninstall the app completely then reinstall it and try again.
