Is it me or the community agrees. The new look of the App is all cosmetic. The functionality has taken away. e.g. the ability to fast forward by moving the bar that was embedded in the video has taken out. Also, when at “Home” page, the indicator of playing live is taken out. That’s confusing, since one has to guess what to do. These are the two drawbacks that I noticed immediately…

Not sure what is going on with your app but i have 14 cameras and the slider fast forward bar is still there. Also the play function is still there on each camera on the home page they just removed the symbol 
so you can see the screen screen. Just tap like you always did and it will play. There’s also some other new functions you just have to look. Do a google search and you’ll find them
New app sucks, wish there was a way to remove new app, and go back to old app

the new app seems a lot slower to load for me, makes answering the doorbell a pain

SLOW, Buggy and it CRASHES almost every time. They added an extra drop screens to login, further slowing everything down! I don’t need pictures of someone elses family on my “SECURITY” app. i get the dreaded “SPINNER” everytime I attempt to review my videos.
CAN WE HAVE THE OLD APP BACK? The one that “WORKED?”
New app works fine, looks better and so far is much quicker. Not sure why all ya’ll having so many issues

I’m on latest version and I don’t see any difference after the upgrade does it depend on the age of the phone

I do feel like it takes longer to load, other than that I haven’t noticed any issues, I still have my slider on the bottom.

Did anyone else get a notification about signing up for a security feature that we already have for free, but stated that after 6 months it was going to cost money every month? I think it was called “Edge AI security” Anyone else see that? I got it when I opened the app for the first time and then it disappeared when looking at a video recording…
Well that would be a good question to have answered why are all of us having issues with it taking so long to load to even check alerts not to mention the new interface is way too small
Taking too long to even load app then it takes even longer to check alerts and I have an Android phone. I don’t seem to be the only person having this issue issue is with app ever since new update
Seems to work ok for me, looks to have resolved an issue I had changing the security mode settings. Old app would hang or take do long Android would tell me it thought it had.
If you haven’t already, try to force stop the app clear your cache and restart your phone. See if this helps.
new app i so slow, can be 10 mins before i get a notification after someone rings the door bell. nothing wrong with my internet.
They need to concentrate on functionality rather than cosmetic looks of the app.
