    This feature is in the works and will be available in an upcoming app update.

  2. Where can I access the ‘Enhance MY AI’ section?
    To access the ‘Enhance MY AI’ section, tap the avatar in the top left corner of the app’s homepage to open the sidebar. Then, select ‘Enhance MY AI’ from the list. Please note: ‘Enhance MY AI’ is available only in certain countries and regions.

  3. How do I use the Schedule feature of Smart Lights?
    a. Tap any light group or light card under the “Lights” tab on the eufy app homepage to access the control page for the group or device.
    b. Tap the settings button in the upper right corner.
    c. Tap “Schedule” on the settings page to enter the Schedule feature.

On iPad - when viewing recorded images, the video size is very small compared to screen size.

this does not seem to be an issue when viewing the live video feed though

I really don’t like taking off to charge especially in the cold dead of winter but I’m doing it today, January the 9th. It’s only like -4. I like it though what I wanted to know if there’s a way I could get another small key that comes with it mine’s kind of bent. Thanks!

The one thing that you can rely on is that the Eufy app and supported products just work (unlike HomeKit which has me pulling out my hair with issues).
This said there is one problem with its functionality namely the geofencing. It has never worked satisfactorily. I was hoping that the new app might fix this but not so. I have set it up for my and my wife’s iPhone. Even when we are both outside the zone it claims my wife’s phone is inside the zone.

Now, when I review events to validate the person recognition, the recognized person’s image remains stuck on the previous event when I move to the next one.

Same iPad viewing issue as many other users - small playback image when reviewing earlier alert recordings- no option to go full screen (default prior to app update). Unpinching simply zooms within the small viewing area. Also when viewing live alerts I have to tap a small icon top right next to “window “ to go full screen. Please resolve this flaw asap eufy.
