Problems after sofware update

The Eufy app is updated from version 4.9 to version 5.0.
Since then I have trouble with my notifications (not detecting movements and the notification when someone rings the doorbell, is delayed by some 40 seconds).
Also it takes a long time to start up the app.
Rollback to version 4.9 is not possible.
What to do?

I ve got the same problem, updated last weekend and got no more notifications in time… only 10 to 20 minutes later or nothing overall… Hey Eufy Team… fix this please fast…

Then you’re very lucky! I’ve read that a lot of people have problems after updating to version 5.0.

Notifications arrive with a delay of 2 -20 minutes! App starts up very slowly.

Everything works badly it takes 5 minutes before watching in realtime, the clips are not displayed despite the notifications, are there alternatives to this app? :face_with_symbols_over_mouth: c

Same Here. Works fine in my iPad but on my Android phone the clips are not loaded. Dit everything to fix it, but in solution!

Hi, Make sure you have the latest version of the Eufy Security application installed.

That’s the problem. I have the latest version (5.0.22.5656) and since this update things go wrong.

Disable battery optimisation for the Eufy application
