Having same problem don’t seem to want to fix all they got to do is replace the app with the old app or get somebody who knows what they’re doing
Taking too long to open app then too long of a delay when someone walks by camera
Clear the app cache and data.

Yep, I asked them to do a rollback to version 4.9, but they say that is not possible.
Correct. That problem seems wide spread. Time that Eufy comes with a solution!
Eufy really needs to address these issues quickly or at least give users the option to revert to a stable version.

Same here for me on android, i get the notification but go into the app and cant see anything for at least 10 mins … So frustrating … EUFY PLEASE FIX THIS … Just another issue with this app

The update to 5.0 cleared all data. All cameras, sensors, etc. are removed, the home environment is empty. Even the doorbell only rings outside. In other words: l have to reinstall everyting. So much for software quality control …
For safety I disabled automatic updates, so the next time I can wait for some months and check the comments first.

I have just updated the app and cannot watch any footage from my cameras. Not from the live feed nor when I try to watch it back after a notification. The screen just goes black. This really sucks
