Issues with new app:
It’s so slow to load the app on android and apple devices (android slower than apple).
Recently it stopped showing the thumbnails on android device (apple device works fine).
The name of the camera is not appearing on notifications on android; it’s just a generic name.
I checked the settings and it’s still set for thumbnail notifications and all cameras have a specific name.
Mine is the same slow to load. Also I’m getting notifications several minutes after the event. The worst so far is a 15 minute delay from the doorbell. The app started ringing and asked if I would like to reply to my visitors a full 15 minutes after they were there.
The doorbell camera is effectively useless now with the app.
Wow that’s terrible. Hopefully they fix these issues soon. Seems they should’ve kept the original app.
Now apple device is also not showing thumbnail and camera name. 
These are important to see what videos need to be viewed.
I have the same problem but I don’t have the arm/disarm buttons on the camera home screen with this new 5.0.32_6967 app update as I thought this update would fix it cause the prior app is was also gone. I have to keep refreshing the screen to have them appear but I have the thumbnails on the event section. Iam on android S24+.
Apparently they’re working on a new release. I’ve been struggling with shared devices after updating to homebase3 and all of their solutions prove to be useless. Their last email says they will be addressing my issue in a new update (2 days ago). Android devices updated yesterday, not aware of an update in my iPhone though.
Dont hold your breath the new update I received is the most recent and it’s still broke on Android.
