The app is loading really slow, also loading the video footage is really slow. I havean iphone, no home base just 3 separate cameras workingon wifi. My wifi is up to speed and working perfectly

Yes, I’ve noticed that too also. You’re waiting on that white splash screen for for 7 to 11 seconds. Have 5 cameras no HB and on Android.

We’ve had the update here in England as well and the new app sucks ! Slow loading everything or failing to load ,I was sat in my room and watched someone post a leaflet through my door and it took my cameras 25mins to inform me someone had been this is an age old problem for Eufy and one they don’t seem to bother about fixing …come on Eufy get your act together because your cameras/doorbells are really good just your software side lets you down badly

This is also my problem ,and it’s becoming a real problem, is there going to be a solution for this,no point in investing more cash into eufy products if there not willing to do so with software
I’ve noticed if you set the video up to work with smarthome devices over cellphones most of the time the video is faster to load. Might be worth trying.
Yes, ever since the app changed to include their other non-security products, the app has been slow to load, videos slow to load too, issues with thumbnails not appearing, camera names not appearing, can’t post on eufy fan center/community. Their suggestion to delete and reinstall are useless.
