I use a eufy s380 homebase with 4 cameras
I recently noticed while using my phone to view that the app has been updated
it is now taking me longer to from clicking icon before all my items load and clicking on the see what the new app is about doesn’t even load.
please help.
I agree with Scott Anytime i have app issues I clear it’s cache and if things aren’t connecting restart home base this has always worked. Some people don’t know how to clear cache on iPhone go to settings- iPhone storage-tap on Eufy and then tap on offload app -confirm give it a minute then tap on reinstall. Don’t worry you won’t lose any of your info and all cameras will still be there. I can only assume it’s a similar process for other brands of phones
