Did anyone notice the new Eufy app sometimes being unresponsive on a Samsung Galaxy or just me?

Not really, I have an S21. I would say the new version of the app is slower updating the events especially when connected not via wifi

Im having same issues on my Samsung Flip 6 since the update.
Events are slower loading, delays in notifications. Sometimes the bell is not picking up any motions when it should, since past few days we keep getting notifications parcel delivered/picked up but when we watch the recording in the events its nothing . The app sometimes doesn’t load events. When someone rings the bell and I open the app to respond it either takes ages to load by that time the person has left, or it doesn’t load at all It’s really annoying. My husband also having same issues since update on his Samsung Ultra 23. I uninstalled the app and reset the device on our phones but no difference. Before the update the app was so smooth and fantastic but now it’s just a waste. I even put a Google review but nothing done. I got a reply that the app should work after system update, but it doesn’t

i have an iPhone, and I’m also experiencing some lagging- not sure if you also get an error code? 504?
