anyone know how to set up cross camera tracking. I have the homebase 3 and 2 s340 cameras but it won’t let me select the cameras for the cross tracking

not sure about your model but my E330 pro cameras have a option under camera settings to turn on cross camera then when I tap on it it gives me more options to pick what cameras I want to track and it shows all my different cameras. But strangely I don’t see that setting under the other cameras settings.

I just did a google search “ how to turn on cross camera tracking on Eufy S340” it says to make sure security report is turned on. Tap on your avatar top left to bring up your side bar, go down to settings, tap on security then go down to lab feature then you will see security report turn that on hopefully that does it.

I got it to work. Had to turn on delete the camera and re sync them to homebase to get it to qork
