Do you mean the strobing lights? You can turn that off in the camera settings.

Looks like an alarm (strobe) on the light
There has been lots more issues happening to Eufy cameras then there should be… maybe the rep has gone down..
This is the first comment I’ve been able to leave in over six months… And that’s only because I’m on my tablet wish I would’ve realized sooner cause for some reason I’m unable to comment on my phone
If it isn’t on a strobe mode look for flicker control settings. It may be set to the wrong Hz for your local voltage supply. 
That’s strange! doesn’t make sense.
Can you contact Eufy Support? They should be able to directly help you.
Your settings on alarm light
Something to do with lighting or inferred settings, I’d turn off any settings to do with lighting and inferred to see if that solves the problem or narrows it down

Yes Eufy has a alot of techincal issues, I refuse to buy something that fails.
