What kind of noise?
I have a E340 and a S340 and neither one makes this kind of noise when tracking. If it’s less than 1 year contact Eufy and they should replace it.

No, you shouldn’t be hearing that. It sounds as though the motor that rotates the camera is grinding on something…
As mentioned before if it’s still in warranty contact support for a replacement, they’ll probably want a video of it.
