Does anyone else has the problem of the indoor ptz 2k camera records day time activities in black white even though the auto night vision is enabled?
The only workaround I found is to manually disable and reable auto night vision and then the video is in full color
Have you tried toggling that switch a few times (approx 10 times)? just in case it’s the mechanism that is sticking.
Tried that… Even tried to restart and reset the device. No luck
If possible can you tell me if shining a bright light like a torch directly into the lens helps. Do this while on live view, so you can monitor.
