C35 camera with SD card

Hi all - I’ve recently purchased the C35 camera and love it - the fact it has the magnetic back so you can move it around, the clarity and the price!

But - I’m having SD card issues - I get a thumbnail picture which I can expand when I’m alerted to pet movement but if I try to see the video it says decrypting from local storage but the says connection failure… try again… but still doesn’t work -

Any advice greatfully recieved

Hi, it might be just too far away from the mini homebase?
Bring/move the camera temporarily closer to the mini to test if you can see / watch a recorded video.

Could be the dreadful app update issue?

Thank you - it was an issue with my SD Card - think problem is solved now.
