Camera hacked? Is that possible?

No one has access to my house cameras apart from me and my mother. Corridor lights were on and someone started talking through the camera saying “switch off the light”…

That’s creepy!

Did this happen on the Solo Pan & Tilt 2k Indoor camera?

I just connected two of these downstairs in my house. Should I be worried now???

Hopefully it’s not a repeat of last year when strangers could see and control other users cameras:

I’d reach out to Eufy support and change your account passwords immediately, out of an abundance of caution.

Besides changing the password and checking with Eufy, you may want to check

This may be more out there and unsure how it would show on your camera app. So does your mom have full or just view access? If she has full access, I wonder if she or somebody else sent a request to get access to your camera through her app. So although you may be able to see whom you gave security to view your camera through your app but you probably can not see whom your mother may have (or not gave) security to through her app).

So basically if you do not see anybody other than your mom through your app, you need to go to view your mothers app and see if she has anybody listed on her app.

It is mostly unlikely but I have seen crazier thing happen on software.
