Cameras Unplugged, loss of events

I have a Eufy Indoor Pan a Tilt camera, but I am having an issue. If that camera is unplugged by someone, it will not save the event that just took place. Is this a way around this?

It takes plugging the camera back in and trying to refresh the cloud services, but for some reason the video where the person comes up and unplugs that camera is lost.

That is odd. Do you have a memory card in the camera. If not that might help.

Try adding an sd card and make sure the cam is set for continuous recording.
If the aforementioned are already in play, maybe try changing out the SD card for a better quality/newer one maybe.
Ill try to test my cam tonight if I remember and let you know what happens.

I don’t have a SD card, I want everything to be on the cloud and accessible from anywhere

Maybe an SD card could be a backup method in case the cam is unplugged before the video is fully uploaded to the cloud? Or warp speed internet so it uploads faster than the plug gets pulled. If you have decent internet speed, then limiting recordings to short clips and/or setting your resolution to 1080 instead of 2k or 4k may actually solve your problem because you’d have smaller files that would upload more quickly.

The issue is in the firmware update

At least with the trouble shooting i went through thats the only thing i can surmise … because all on my indoor cams that got the ability to sync with the hb3 in order to use its bionic brain keep shutting off as soon as I try to leave the page to turn them back on…all this while they are actually on according to the app but if I try to play the live feed they’re off, when I go to flip them on app says you wanna turn the cam off ? So I flip it off and on try to leave the page and it goes off… now none this is happening to my one pan tilt cam, and thats because I didn’t let it sync with hb3

It is still accessible from anywhere even with the sd card. Try it as it solve your issue when reconnected
