Does anyone else have an issue with their indoor cams whereby the triggers and notifications are working fine, but when you look for it in events, it hasn’t saved in there? Camera is out of warranty, so no support available. Thanks

yes!! I found that it lags in real time. It will usually appear later. Or you don’t have in in continuous recording
It takes a while to update the events. Try going off the events tab and back. It should then show them. Mine can take a few minutes
Try force quitting the app. Clear cache, then reopen. If that doesn’t work, maybe force quit, clear cache and data, restart your phone, open the app and log back in…
It may be your wifi cutting in and out, mine does that
Having some problem. Video works but does not appear in Events history. Giving up on this after consulting ChatGPT, that made me reinstall app w/o no remedy. Eufy has a really bad user interface. Please give me simple solution.

Sometimes it is could be delay with the internet router/hub. Check the hub if is close to the camera
