I don’t really understand you but I think you mean you can’t use it when you buy on the website you have to buy on the app if you got the code via improve my AI otherwise the code won’t work
I believe that if you got it through the app, your purchase must be made through the app. HOWEVER: the only way to use the $10 coupon “prize” is on an order with no other discount/discount code/coupon code. Furthermore, you can only use one at a time. So they are essentially worthless unless you are purchasing an item at full price. In which case saving $10 is laughable. Oh, also: they are not valid on “accessories.” (Or parts.) Wouldn’t even work for the nightlights, which are neither accessory nor part.

You can use them in addition to a “gift card “ though. Gift cards you get from redemption of fan points I’ve redeemed points for a couple $20&&10 gift cards and was able to use all the cards at the same time and also use a discount code. but anything has to be purchased through the app so I wait till something I want is on sale. At checkout there will be a spot to enter the codes.
