cant setup monitering subscription

I purchased products from website, I was able to call the number on the website and I talked to an actual person, now it keeps saying they are unavailable and I cant get a live person on the phone.. basically I have setup my homebase 3 and all the other things i got the problem I am having is when I purchased my products i check marked the 15$ plus subscription but when I am in my app it doesnt show i have plus so it made me do another monthly for $10 a month for montering… but when I put in my cell number to get a code it says too many requests try again, but thats the first time i tried and that is what it says to me everytime

I’m not familiar with what you’re trying to do but if you have a home base 3 it can store your videos so you don’t need to pay for cloud storage unless you want it stored long term. Maybe you’re paying for monitoring? But I have always had success calling the number in the app under help when I’ve called and they are usually busy after being on hold for awhile a prompt will come on for a option for them to call you back and they always have.
