I have Homebase 2 with 2 x 2C cameras and an indoor camera. The last couple of days I have not been able to view live cams or look at events because none are listed. My cameras are still picking up activity though. I get the message “unable to connect to homebase/indoor cam -3”
I’ve only had cams a week and previously been working fine.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hi, I would try restarting the HomeBase 2.
Open the app and go to HomeBase Settings > select Restart Device. If you’re unable to do it through the app, then
While the Ethernet cable is connected to the HomeBase, simply unplug the power adapter from the HomeBase, wait 10 seconds and then plug the power adapter into the HomeBase again.
