Hello new here just got Homebase2 for my rental home. But Im not technically save. And I can’t connect the four cameras. Can’t connect to one.

Hi, welcome to the forum!

Don’t worry, you’re not the only one who’s found this tricky at first. Here’s the easiest way to get your cameras working with the HomeBase 2:

  1. Make sure the HomeBase 2 is set up first – it should be plugged into your internet router with the cable and showing a solid blue light.
  2. Open the Eufy Security app on your phone.
  3. Tap the big “+” button in the app to add a device.
  4. Choose Add Camera.
  5. Hold your camera near the HomeBase and press the small Sync button on the camera until it beeps.
  6. The app should then find it and connect it to your HomeBase.

Tip: If it doesn’t work first time, don’t panic – just try again while keeping the camera close to the HomeBase.

Once you get one camera connected, the rest should be much easier.
