I am charging my door bell for the first time, it shows 99% battery charged for last couple of hours ,will it ever reach 100% ? Or will it stay at 99% ?

It can take a while to get to 100%. Took over night on the last charge to get 100% 
So got one wired and one on battery.

Do you need to charge the doorbell first after purchase or does it come pre charged out of the box? because i have been charging it for 5 hours and the light is still orange.
I think mine came at about 60%, has it charged up all the way now?
It wasnt added, I took it off charge and added it to the devices list and then queried it revealing i was 99% charged.
Hi, my brand new doorbell has been plugged in for at least 10 hours and the ring is still orange. Quick start guide said it would go from 0 to 100% in 6 hours. How long does it REALLY take? Did yours ever turn blue like it is supposed to?
