Because they are fucking crazy and think they own the outside of my apt.
i have the garden style bottom apt.
they live above me. Apparently my windows and walls are their property because it’s underneath them.
they don’t want any of my stuff outside my own windows. I had a water table underneath my children’s bedroom window and she threw it away. I got these cameras to catch her because she swore it wasn’t her touching my stuff she’s always moving my stuff.

So, my husband went out there to yell at them and they called the cops on us 
the cops were so confused. Tried to get us to press charges, but my husband is too nice and said no just tell them to leave my stuff alone!
